It feels like Ladder and Skate are mutually exclusive: with Ladder, Skate have to go and leave place for Paint Bucket and Brush. To keep Skate, you have to replace Ladder and Workshop/Attic/Room with Bench and Park. In either case, Jim's pose and look are perfect.
