The dolls are a little creepy, but the kids are very kawaii.

Oh wow, I just noticed the Dolls are dressed exactly like the little boys! This makes me appreciate this picture that much more.
i see something of a "...Baby Jane" scenario coming...
those "shocked" expressions are perfectly normal for a type of doll for guys, but those are not appropriate for children.
the dolls are therapy dolls. It's obvious by their open mouths that they have been violated.
