You realize the picture itself is dated 4-19-98?
Is that THE "?" mark of Question Mark and the Mysterians? Can't be. I'm older. He should be older. Perhaps it was those 96 tears that kept him young and lovely.
i know the date says '98, but that's not when the picture was taken. '98 is the year the picture was signed and given to the fan who owns it
