they're not gypsies, but, as someone has said, bailaoras. they're dressed up as Sevillian dancers for the April fair, ready for a whole week of traditional music from the south of the country, flamenco.

the little instrument that the girl in front has is a castanet.

The photo was taken in 1975.I am the one in Yellow dress and I remenber the shoes were killing me...ha,ha,ha. Actually the girl in yellow is Malu, the one on the motorcycle from several posts ago.
