First impression - the guy sitting down looks like he's sitting on the can.
Guy on right seems oddly out of place. He must have been their transportation.

My 7th grade social studies teacher dressed like this (in 1995!) and I thought he was sex-ay.
I graduated in '93 and I can assure this is how most of the preppy jock guys dressed back then. I call it the "Young Republican Club" look.
Some1 didn't get the memo about the solid blue button down
My Dad still dresses like this.
