I thought of the serving our country too, but then it hit me just how odd that background is and said "Wait, this guy is trying out for the Village People Comeback Tour!" He got shot down for Indian man so he chose Army Man.
Of course he didn't make it because he has trouble discerning his left hand from his right and just couln't get the whole spelling YMCA in the air while dancing.
He's now their roadie.
Then again he might actually be a proud service man representing us to the best of his ability...and also sings a mean "In the Navy."

Sven is right, he does look like Gunther.. I have never heard of him before today, but the ding dong song is bizare.
If you look closely, his nametape doesn't say Ben, it says Bein. Bein is his last name. He is a real soldier.
