I'm trying to decide if Vilma's ears are really that high on her head or if the temples on those cat eye glasses are a bit snug and she's gone with that awkward angle for the comfort factor.
That's a stylin' family, although I wish Mom would put her glasses down on her ears where they belong. Wearing them like she does (did) makes the already harsh angles look worse.
It was the sixties! I've got a photo of my mother and godmother that isn't too far from this style. Huge beehive, rockin' glasses. After reading some of the comments here I'd like to point out: 40 yrs from now, someone's going to make fun of your ears in your own photos :)
The thing with the mom's glasses is a trick photographers (used to?) use to avoid glare from the flash bulbs. They would always make me do that, and then they would say, "Trust me. No one will notice." Liars.

Great picture. I wonder if they measured the height of the hair in the back row, for better arrangement?
good lord. that's my gramma, grampa, mom and my 2 aunts! oh...wait, no it isn't, but they could be their stunt doubles. :)
It's like a gary larson cartoon in real life
Poor dad, definitely out numbered. But these are some seriously sexy people, it would be great to see a pic from 10 years later!
That guy looks just like Red Buttons.
I'm guessing all those women go to the same salon...just a hunch.

I feel like top left and bottom right were asked to smile, and not having ever smiled before, this is the best they could do.

I love the way there's a brunette, a blonde, and a redhead -- it's like a comic strip or a musical comedy.
