Actually I used freeze spray by sebastian to get my hair like that ;)I would generally spend about an hour on it curling blow drying and spraying it. Its not that different now just flatter and more colorful. I lived in Anchorage, Alaska.....and back then my hair was the HIT! hahahahahaha I love it!
