The "wow is that a dude" comments (and especially the one from Anonymous - aren't they always anonymous - "a boy called Deborah or a masculine girl? I'm not sure which one would be worse!", a comment that really takes the cookie for offensive and explicitly homophobic stereotyping) are quite startling in their demonstration of most Americans' peculiar hangup over gender roles. I've known at least two Deborahs who didn't meet US stereotypes of 'femaleness' (pink and fluffy in a frock, I guess. I've also kown plenty of men who look good in pink and fluffy frocks. Don't you people ever GET OUT?)

She is a sporty babe from the 80s. She does it well.
The 80s were cruel to everyone but the Golden Girls.

Oh, I feel Debbie's pain, I do.
That's my friend ramon before he lost all of his hair.

Just let your Soul Glo, Deborah. Let it shine.

Deborah is probably a hermaphrodite, and why do you have to hate on hir for that?
You all better hope Deborah doesn't read those nasty comments. I'm pretty sure she could kick your asses.
