The second picture reminds me of Dana Carvey in one of his stupid movies where he has a bunch of disguises. I never saw it, but the trailer had Dana Carvey dressed up as some sort of turtle guy. That is what this kid looks like.
This boy gets the award for the sheer number of references he elicits: Macaulay Culkin, Milhouse, Bill Gates, Swifty Lazar, Haley Joel Osment, and Dana Carvey.
