Tough choice. Reginald's pictures are gold, but there's something about Christine aka Li'l Chompers that edges ol' Reggie out. Maybe it's because Christine looks like an older version of the demon child from the "It's Alive" movies, maybe it's the unfortunate hairstyle.
Oh, how I love Reginald, but I must go with Christine. I mean, she probably grew up into a normal looking human being. Now imagine her bringing a boy to meet her parents for the first time. Imagine the look of shock and terror as mom brings out the photo album and flips to that soul-crushing image. Imagine him running away and mom saying "But, honey, you look so beautiful!". It's perfect.

Beyond the awkward costume and his eyes who are trying to tell his parents "I'll kill both of you with rusty bike parts in 20 years time" The contrast between his chubby knees and the almost translucid face really adds to the greatness of the picture, the Stephen Kingesque greatness.

In the end, though, it's got to be Christine. This photo really does look like a special effect in a horror movie.
Sorry to the now-adult Christine. Don't worry: everyone has embarrassing childhood photos, yours is just a little more toward the "horrifying" end of the spectrum.
