Isn't this a picture of a bloated Shannon Doherty?
I bet at the time this picture was taken, Tanya's favorite musical group was Exposé.
She's actually a very pretty girl and the only thing wrong is her hair, make up and outfit. I am wondering how long it would have taken her to get that moussed up nest styled every day.

I actually only styled it on special occasions. And picture day was, of course, a very special occasion.
