Apparently this portrait has been popping up around Britain. If you pick one up it has the url "todonnalovebob.org" on the back and asks you to enter a unique code (also found on the back). The site then informs you to mail the portrait back and await further contact. I haven't found much else as to why these are being distributed. It'll be interesting to see where this is going tho.
