Actually reminds me a lot of this guy Ray I went to high school with. Similar facial features even - creepy. Ray was totally into this style of dress. The only difference - Ray graduated in 1995. Proof that a great look never dies.
No offense, but I bet this guy was a prick. Too good to hang with the geeks, to unathletic to hang with the jocks, so he'd fit into the "smug smartass" category.
