Is this technically a mullet? It looks to me like she just has the top portion of her hair pulled back, like a half pony tail.
I agree with Jamie. This shouldn't be classified as a mullet. She probably has some cool hair barrette hold her hair back.
I agree this is a non-mullet and we all know their is a scrunchy holding her hair back.
