No photoshop I think, the baby has been cutted from another picture and pasted here... with glue. You can tell by the white cuts around him. It's like some middle age paints where the painter believed the kids to be miniature adults... They are not, babies have huge heads !
They had to Photoshop the kid in. He died when their whiskey distillery caught fire and can't imagine ever being without Dale Earnhardt Junior Jr. III.
